Booked 2 weeks before show as sounded like fun. Was actually the last night it was on. Thoroughly recommend, stage was fab.
Amazing show well done cast especially Rina fatania
Very amusing and well acted
What a great night, love the original film and this didn't disappoint. The entire ensemble were brilliant, funny and even the musical numbers were fun. So glad we got tickets.
Great evenings entertainment. Lots of laughs, Kara Tointon played her part superbly ( very Sible Faulty )
Well done 👍 laughs all the way great set
My wife and i were in London for a short break and have visited The Wyndham Theartre in the past and seen some great plays, having seen the black and white film as a child I was intrigued when I saw The Man in the White Suit was on. I am pleased to say this has been the highlight of our week in London. Very entertaining!
Good all round fun show.
We thoroughly enjoyed The Man in the White Suit from the moment it started to the very end. It was fast paced, not a moment to draw breath. Thank you to all of the actors for making our Monday evening brilliant.
Stephen Magnan is an extremely good actor with impeccable comedy timing. A must see.
With all the fun, energy and talent he could muster, Stephen gave us a fantastic performance, helped by the fact that the adaptation of the classic film was so clever. He was supported by a great cast, brilliant set designers and a very clever special effects team. We all loved it.
Physical comedy, fast-moving, old-fashioned silly slapstick at its best. Stephen Mangan was excellent as was the supporting cast. Some clever trickery and catchy songs too. The audience clearly enjoyed it and it exceeded our expectations!
Amazing show with a hugely talented cast. The sets were incredible. Best night at the theatre in ages. Go and see it while you still can!!
What a fantastic show laughing all the way a must see
Very funny, very well acted, great evening out with friends in a beautiful theatre
A really fantastic feel good experience.
Entertaining and amusing evening. Topical update on a classic play. Great cast. Clever set and changes. Suitable for all ages.
An excellent show - full of humour, music and a great storyline - cleverly adapted to todays big issues. The acting was superb, singing great and some great dancing too ! Audience interaction was an added bonus. A real feel good show - just what we all need. A lovely venue with really friendly and helpful staff. Worth every penny.
Very original, funny and uplifting . True talent from actors to whole production team.
I enjoyed The Man in the White Suit v much. Great energy on stage that you couldn't but be energised by the performances. Loved the painting of Trimley also, v Lowry like. Well done Cast/Crew, and enjoy rest of run.
This is a great play - really energetic and skilled performances from the whole cast. The cast looked like they were having a great time too! We were roaring with laughter most of the time. Ignore the mediocre critics’ reviews - this is well worth seeing.
Totally excellent - funny, clever, amazing sets and effects, good music (but it's not a musical) - and 'different'. Stephen Mangan is SO good.
A wonderful afternoon of entertainment for the family. A hark back to theatre with the slapstick comedy and awesome set design. Thank you so much !!
Memories stirred with the set, a time of amazing developments in all aspects of life, and here's another. Well, maybe. Great action throughout, some really funny moments and 'use' of backdrop. Live theatre at its best.
A highly entertaining and fun show, with a fautless given by all the multi talented cast. Highly recommend this clever, good hearted show
Fabulous, Energetic and entertaining from start to finish. Stephen Mangan was just great and supported by an excellent cast.
Throughly enjoyed the show. Not sure why the critics slated it in the reviews or why the production came to an end early. Good cast. Worth seeing if it is taken on tour once it finishes in the West End.
Very good very funny Good afternoon out
Hilariously energetic gripping performances by all the cast. Comic timing and technical aspects were brilliant.
We loved the play and especially Stephen Mangan who gave a great performance. I love the Wyndham theatre
Brilliant from start to finish, great cast, fabulous dancing, stage and set phenomenal, the mini chase scene hilarious...the gentleman behind me commented that a mini Stephen Mangan was being chased...and so he was.
Excellent. terrific comedy and stage settings. Stephen Mangan and Kara Tointon both amazing.
Fabulous play with lots of laughter. All of the cast simply amazing.
For my birthday treat the family took me to see the Man in the White Suit. I’d read the reviews so decided to keep an open mind. Well we totally loved the performance, & thought it was totally brilliant. We spent the afternoon laughing!! What a joy to laugh!
Most enjoyable performance that varies from the original film in a refreshing way. The scenery changes were amazing and Stephen Mangan faultless.
I loved this show!! It is fast-paced and funny, a witty piece of slapstick Ealing comedy humour! The cast are superb (Stephen Mangan in anything!), the set design particularly is amazing, and the story fresh and brought up-to-date for our times with some aside relevant analogies to today's world. I was won over from the start and spent the time in laughter along with the rest of the audience. After the show, I compared notes with others in the Ladies, and everyone was loved it! I do not understand why this play's run is being cut short. I would love to see it travel and know that audiences everywhere would love it.
Some good slapstick, but not quite enough. A few good jokes, but not enough.Stephen Mangan can be so much better in his normal environment. Some interesting theatrical moments, and some excellent Acting, but I did come away feeling slightly ambivalent about the whole play.
Thoroughly enjoyed the play last night - great performance by Steven Mangan backed up well by Kara Tointon and the cast - very funny
Great show, and the cast knew it, they’re enjoyment shone throughout. And it was really funny, great trip out
Thoroughly enjoyed this play, the cast were excellent and it was well produced and presented. Recommended.
The reason I'm giving a three star rating is only due to the venue the play itself was brilliant. Such a shame we could hardly see the play properly due to sitting in the balcony seating area and the people in the row in front of us blocked our view!!! So frustrating. Unfortunately we will not be visiting the Wyndham theatre again.
Funny, entertaining and a wonderful evening. Clever and imaginative use of scenery for seamless set changes. I highly recommend it.
We really enjoyed The Man in the White Suit. The cast were great, Stephen Mangan was very funny, and the stage props and scene changes were impressive. Loved the band and singer and how the music fitted into the play. Highly recommend!
Ihad seen the film a long time ago I wasn’t sure what to expect. The set and style was great. The skiffle and music adds a great dimension. Stephen Manganese and the cast put on a wonderful show...it is all about the Chemistry
Stephen Mangan and the cast serve up an entertaining and very amusing version of the Ealing comedy film, majoring on inventive physical comedy and carried along at breakneck speed by Mangan's infectious energy and warmth. He is well supported by the rest of the cast and a talented skiffle group who add a welcome musical touch. The set and effects are excellent, anf if you want a couple of hours harmless fun and escapism without too much plot, then you can do a lot worse than go to see this play.
Marvellous cast Very entertaining show Well worth seeing !!
Lighthearted play - yes premise is a bit old fashioned but I enjoyed the slapstick silliness- who doesn’t need a bit of fun in these dark brexit afflicted days. The production is excellent, great cast and great staging - inventive use of props to bring scenes alive. Loved the car scene. A few opportunities to bring up to date with lots of green reference and even a brexit joke. If you need a laugh and like slapstick go.
Good clean fun energenic performance
Excellent show. Very funny and brilliantly performed. The stage changes were very cleverly done and amazing designs.
